When you sign in with Google and join our waitlist, we collect:

• Your name and email address (from your Google account)
• Your Google profile photo URL
• The date and time you joined the waitlist

We also collect anonymised analytics data (via PostHog) to understand how visitors use our website. This includes page views and button interactions. No personally identifiable information is attached to analytics events unless you have signed in.

How We Use Your Information

• To add you to our waitlist and notify you when Chizel launches
• To personalise your waitlist confirmation experience
• To improve our website and product based on aggregated usage patterns

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage

Your waitlist information is stored securely in Google Firestore, hosted in the United States. Access is restricted and protected by Firebase security rules.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase — authentication and data storage
• PostHog — anonymised product analytics
• Google Fonts — typography

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at hello@chizel.me. We will process your request within 30 days.
